Ms. Fernandes leads the banking and capital markets practice for McLagan in Asia Pacific and is based in Hong Kong. She manages key client relationships with large global and regional banks across the region. Ms. Fernandes has partnered with key local and multinational banks and financial services organizations in the areas of benchmarking, equity and cash long-term incentive design, total rewards strategy and design, variable pay and short-term incentive design.

Ms. Fernandes has over 10 years of consulting experience working in Hewitt/Aon Hewitt and McLagan with the banking and financial services industry. Her clients include multinational as well as local banks and other financial services companies. She has helped design and lead large industry forum surveys across multiple industries covering a total of over 100 independent financial services entities. She has also worked in Hong Kong, India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, China, Thailand, Malaysia, and Indonesia. In her previous role, Ms. Fernandes managed Hewitt’s banking and financial services rewards consulting business for India.

Ms. Fernandes holds a degree in economics from St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai and an MBA from XLRI, Jamshedpur, India.
