Tomoyuki Yamashita recently joined McLagan as a Director. Mr. Yamashita is responsible for the Productivity and Performance practice in Japan. He will be providing clients with integrated advice on business productivity, financial performance, and rewards.
Before joining McLagan, Mr. Yamashita was with Goldman Sachs in Japan for eight years where he was a Vice President in the Investment Banking Division, responsible for advising clients on M&A transactions and Equity/Debt Offerings. Prior to his work with Goldman Sachs, Mr. Yamashita was with Towers Perrin (currently Towers Watson) as an Executive Compensation consultant, and Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi (currently Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ).
Tomoyuki earned his B.A. in Business Administration from Hitotsubashi University and is a Certified Public Accountant in Japan.
