Don Lizak is a Director in the London office at McLagan, providing consulting and survey services for executive / senior management compensation, and performance management for the financial sector in Europe. He also manages business and relationships relating to the Scandinavian market.

Mr. Lizak previously worked at Mercer’s Human Capital business in the Nordics as a compensation & benefits consultant. His previous experience includes advising executives and human resources professionals on compensation, incentive plans, the regulatory environment, and job grading / leveling. He has experience from various industries on compensation and performance related matters, including project management and HR co-sourcing.

Mr. Lizak holds a M.Sc. in Economics from Uppsala University.
