Julian Ingleby is a Director in McLagan’s London office, consulting with international banks, insurers and other financial services firms on all aspects of reward design and decision-making. Julian specialises in compensation strategies and design, executive reward, the regulatory environment and the alignment of reward to performance, as well as acting as McLagan’s product and relationship lead for Spain and for consumer banking in the UK.

Julian has a broad range of international reward experience built up over 13 years in consulting and corporate HR. He joined McLagan following six years at the Royal Bank of Scotland Group, where he was Head of Group Compensation & Executive Reward, working with management and the Remuneration Committee and responsible for firm-wide direct compensation including policy development, implementation and governance.

Julian has an MA in Pure & Applied Mathematics from Cambridge University.
